Vocaroo creates voice files you can send or use.

• Go to Vocaroo.com
• Record
• Listen
• Right-click "Download as WAV"

Now you have a file you can embed in a wiki page

• Open your wiki and login
• Plant your cursor where you wish to have the audio file
• Click the file button in the editing toolbar
• Upload the WAV file
• Click to place it

Voila!
